So here is the headache of covid. The reason that many people needed ventilators? The reason I am having difficulty when its humid? Covid changes the bodies ability to get rid of the carbon dioxide. It isnt that we cant breath, covid has hard wired us to hold onto what we could exhale before. So it builds up. Exercise only makes it worse.

Well gentlemen, those pain relievers and anti-inflammatory pills i got yesterday are no joke. Victoria woke me at 0300 because I was asleep in the floor, where I'd been sitting and doing stretches while we watched TV last night.

 

That is a program that comes through the Icahn school, funding started by the predatory "investor" Carl Icahn, that guy is pure unethical scum.

I question the validity of anything recommended by any of his affiliates....

 

Yeah I questioned why something was to be helpful for free that required a person to sign up

 

Lol... Yeah that's the outer limits of our local stuff... But the bulk of it is the I-15 and I-86/84 corridors from Idahofalls, Salt Lake City, and Boise. I've been going to Salt Lake almost every day for 2 weeks, the change of scenery will be nice.

 

I really miss running those roads up there.

 

Lol, lucky that water wasn't 2 inches deeper... He never would have regained traction! Funny as hell to see the rear of that car Bob up and float like a bouy.

 

My hands are anything but steady... Its a matter of learning to make your shake work FOR you, not against you.... And when that fails, get a good rest for at least one elbow/shoulder/arm/whatever body part you can.

 

I get OT after 40 hrs in a week... Only reason I can afford to do local.
