What if it Snows?

Supper tonight was two metered scoops of hamburger helper with a dollop of sour cream. (about 9 ounces of dinner)

Now I am ready for bed. I hope the back pain is gone tomorrow. Had the wife put some biofreeze to the back. Sat in a soft chair Monday when the truck was getting exhaust and brake repair. Got up around 1230 and realized the chair was bad for the back.

Knee squats and folding over to touch the toes are all I can do to rescue the back. Getting better, yet it will take time.

It's not snowing...

...but there are flash floods in the high desert of SoCal, like over 3" of rain in a few hours.

I hope it's all good to pick up near Joshua Tree tomorrow. I look forward to running north on 385.

Think it will be Spaghetti with meat sauce.
Then the hamburger steak with sautéed mushrooms and onions, side of Broccoli, is looking good.
