What if it Snows?

Back in the late 1960's was a pilot for the show Adam 12. George Peppard? I kow it was george something. At any rate he looked at the rising sun over a much calmer Los Angeles and declared "Good morning lord".

Sometimes I still think it when I see the sun rising

 

Nope, Just know where the expensive parts of the state are (have talk with a few trying to hang on just to annoy the weekend/L.A. crowd).

I'm still planning to stay on the plateau till somebody drags me off tied to a stretcher........

 

Utah has become a destination state for a section of tech types. They do push the “silicon slopes” thing hard. The area from Sandy in the north to Provo in the south along the I-15 corridor is full of “Tech” companies, at least all the empty multi-story office building say so. Construction continues on more buildings. Meanwhile condos, townhouse and apartments closer to the commercial area and single family housing a bit farther out are going up like crazy, and for ridiculously high prices. The people coming in to the area have ready cash, mostly from sales of the existing homes in previous location. Some may be using a corporate relocation assistance fund. Bottom line is, this market has priced out most of the local populace.

 

Mass pike runaway ramp…..



You could basically coast down that hill and not have trouble…..
