    Put him behind the wheel to drive for a while... Then as he is merging onto the interstate grab the CB Mic and say

    "Attention Professional Drivers: Rookie Driver attempting to merge at ××× yardstick. Rookie Driver attempting to merge, approach with caution. This has been a safety broadcast brought to you by Western Express."

    Repeat the process for lane changes, passing maneuvers, backing maneuvers, etc.
