    The shoe lift helped a little, but it was minimal. Victoria in her love and dedication to causing my pain assisted me in some of the physical therapy the doctor suggested. Now keeping up with what I am supposed to be doing while back out running team will be the challenge. Speaking of which, time to hit the rack So I can load these cans headed for GA tonight.
