I really feel that look. That’s like my little Italian mother telling me she’s disappointed in me.

    Dang.

Just for fun, when in a bunch of trucks going into a truck stop, I would occasionally get on the radio and make the following

My trainer says I must make this announcement. Rookie driver entering truckstop. This is my second solo load. Rookie driver will be parking.

Lol... Sorry, not funny... Roflmao... Ok its a little funny.

Seriously though. I'm so sorry for your bad luck. Hand him a plastic grocery sack and tell he he doesnt get to drive anymore until he fashions it into underwear and he will wear such anytime he is driving.

    Yes.

But other than everything, he’s not a bad guy. He does have some issues with his driving and after a mature discussion with him, and his agreement I outlined a plan to work him through those issues so he can be a safe and productive part of Western Express. I sent a complete report to the head of training in My yard and followed it up with an explanation of our discussion. I am a professional and I strive to be the best I can be. Just throwing a guy to the curb isn’t professional nor would I feel good about it.

I used to say “don’t crash my truck”. Guess I’ve got an add on “don’t crap in my seat”.

    :D
