I just might have to return to OTR just to go eat at the Davetro... Unless you open one in western MT, southern ID, or northern UT.... Blackfoot, ID could really use a decent truck stop... Just FYI

They are completely redoing 40 through Flagstaff.

The Sikhs are crashing. One with a 680 / refer has obliterated some dude. Two more tangled up on the off ramp.

    Bakersfield, Fresno, Fresno.

We seriously need a wall with guns and rockets and mines around that f'd up state.

I hear we have reached a stalemate in some municipalities, due the fact they are now mandating you must be vaccinated to get the Covid vax.

This is just like the lyrics to Journey's "Faithfully."

" We all need the clowns to make us smile....."

PFG with hot brakes and load of flammables.

Kind of funny story, maybe it will save any of you from making same mistake. Or maybe y'all are smart enough to realize this would happen:

So I pull into TS in the middle of the night. It's slammed full, but there is one broken pump with a cone out. It's been a long day of driving, I'm tired and really hadn't thought about things. So I decide to back the trick up to the broken pump and park there for the night. I figure by backing in to it, I can quickly exit the same way I came in. Then I go grab a shower. When I come back the TS is pretty busy and it's a zoo. The trucks that frequent the place are going in the correct direction (opposite of me, since I backed up to the entrance) but a bunch of OTR guys are coming in from the wrong side, because they saw my truck appearing to be exiting the pumps. It didn't even occur to me that by parking that way, anyone unfamiliar would pull around and enter the pumps backwards.

Kind of funny story. No one cussed me or anything but I kind of felt like a ####### for causing the confusion.

Edit: To clarify, the parking was slammed full. The pumps, when I parked, were empty.
