    I know for a fact that some of it is because of that... Our whole fleet the transmissions are locked into "Economy" mode. But I can't seem to get this Cascadia to shift smooth in manual mode like I can my Volvo... So I just let it do it thing. In manual mode I can get alot more pep from my Volvo, and only a little bit more in the Cascadia.

    We left northeast of Dallas at 0100ish, cleared Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and all places and work zones in between.

    Medal of Stupid awarded to Texas drivers as a whole.

    I must say, I've never seen more aggressive, incompetent and just a whole lotta MEAN drivers as I've experienced in Texas. These people don't even give you the wave when you do something nice for them; pathetic. OTOH, I'm quite sure they've arrived in Texas from Commie locations throughout the country.

    I don’t trust those computers. I’m sure you’ve checked it’s accuracy. Mine would progressively read higher than actual. 7 mpg read 7.4. 7.5 read 8.2, and so on 9 read 10mpg.

    We've arrived and are being unloaded.

    Now we have a daunting 3.7 mile deadhead to get reloaded for a trip that will take us BACK TO THE COMMUNIST STATE, via Free America and the home 20 for a 34.
