    And always remember, it takes X hours to keep a property looking good every week......maybe around 2. Every acre represents 2 hours of labor every week.
    Us old people think about stuff like that because we've done it.
    Of course in Texas, it wouldn't be that much because nothing really grows there. So, in that case, maybe an hour per acre.
