Personally I would rather invest 15k in a Model T Ford. At least people will smile at me going by. Who knows, maybe a taxi service with an antique auto?

    Good night all

I saw a beautiful 2015 W9. 3(0k on inframed Cummins. Big HP and torque. I say nice Truck, Is like to have one. It’s for sale. How much? Sorry I asked. $90 k total miles on Truck 900+k. So original engine only lasted 600k. Looking at my old Freightliner. Doubt I’ve put 90k including price paid total in it over 12 yrs I’ve had it.

Wife’s sister moved to Grand Rapids. We’re visiting. They tried to get away, but we still caught up with them. Lol. Had a great breakfast at the 76th street Truckstop Cafe. Probably the best Truckstop restaurant left in the Midwest. Didn’t have time to get Truck washed, or go to the Chrome Shop. Every Dealer known is within a few miles. Just a great Trucking Town. Only challenge now is making it 175 miles home, without getting harassed by the Michigan State Gestapo. 5900 miles in 16 days. Easy money.

You could always go the company route and bide your time. No reason to make silly business decisions when all indicators sure seem to point to a large wave overhead that may one day crash. Not to mention many companies are offering juicy incentives to experienced drivers.

Of course, the powerful were able to orchestrate all time highs in our stock "market" when everything was closed, and they certainly seem to have retained the upper hand in virtually all domestic affairs. So maybe this time is different.

But history goes back a long time, right?

History would indicate bubbles burst, eventually.

I don't have a dog in the fight, but what if you could buy 2 trucks later on for the same money?
