Ok @Wasted Thyme Idaho is the place to be... It has some of the most sought after hunting and fishing in the country, landscape ranges from high desert to high mountain peaks. Temperatures are very tolerable most of the year. Winters are generally mild to moderate, summers are mostly warm and dry with only a few weeks of 80s to 90s. Cost of living is pretty low and lots of opportunity for part-time or season trucking work for folks that haven't ever heard of DAC, CSA, or PSP. Some will even pay cash under the table. When one compares the number of firearms to people... Firearms are WAY ahead. When one compares the population of people to livestock... Livestock is WAY ahead. It's not in any danger of turning purple amytime soon.

Well this is weird. 9 months ago I sought medical help for the ulcers on my legs. The insurance company Harvard Pilgrim wanted us to pay for the full cost of care. Some $2500. In the mail today, Harvard Pilgriim apoloogized and agreed to cover what has been mostly paid. So they sent us a check for $2400.

For those of you whom have invested? Now is not the time to sell. If anything now is the time to buy after stocks have taken a tumble.

Water son... not oil... If a cactus can get enough to survive near Casa Grande, there is water there.
Have seen snow between Tucson and Benson,on a clear sunny day. Enough for a wiper to swipe.
Have seen water knee deep running thru them highway dips on old US80.
But the only day I ever spent in the Mack place in Phoenix, no rain fell.
Take a while, but not that long.
