Looks like one of the elevated curves gracing Austin, TX.

 

What terrible marketing photos. I had to go through the whole W T !! visual redirection a few times to figure out what they were selling.

They used to make em in white with the corporate logos. Heck if they woulda put the Logo in red on the black one I woulda figured it out sooner.

 

I was unsure myself... At first I thought it was a truck ad. Then after reading your post I looked again and I finally saw it.

Sometimes it would be fun to do that. But cant do that with direct customers unless you wanna ruin it for everybody involved. And im not that type of guy.

Can't get parts. Waiting on parts.

Someone in the know told me the other day that if that motors red, yer gonna be waiting awhile if it needs parts.

 

They arent touching the motor. Just replacing a sleeper panel and some fairings. Sand it and paint. Alignment. Replace fuel tank brackets, cab airbags and shocks. Some other small cosmetic stuff.

 

Body panels are probably back ordered too……

 

I had a warm, fuzzy day today. Every third truck had an invitation for me to "Join Our Family" on their back doors.

Near as I can tell, if I do, I will also be gifted either a red Volvo with an automatic, or a black Freightliner with an automatic. At 64 mph. Decisions, decisions.

I think I will stick with the family I've got.
