I took the gamble based on road conditions in Montana, radar, and reports took 90 instead of 94. It cost me this time, but usually I do pretty well with it.

 

That corner of the state can be very unpredictable in my experience. And there arent many options out once you are there.

That was a crazy storm on that load. I think they had it shutdown for almost a week. I havent been up that way since but thats only because i detoured up to 90 instead and last year got caught in frickin 80+ mph wind gusts up there. Never again, that's the most nervous I ever been driving a truck . then the next morning there was atleast 15 trucks in the ditch just west of where i stopped for the night.
