All of the cars are gone where I keep Blackie.

    All.

Suspect someone got nailed. Now no cars allowed. First time I ever saw with no cars.

Still wondering why I chose to do local/regional in Wyoming.
Outside of growing up here there is no sane reason to do so.

To be honest I preach going slow in high winds to myself when driving. While I have been blessed with a perfect driving record so far a little bit of complacency will probably end that luck streak.

It is a hard thing to slow down and know you are going to earn less or to let dispatch know about a delay. I think they officially call get-there-itus 'plan continuation bias' and I do know that even for airline pilots it is a factor in around 70% of the weather related accidents.

As it tends to be worse the closer you are to your destination us local/regional drivers probably need to sound crazy and tell ourselves to slow down, stop or don't go.

Fixation on delivery is a part of this job, and at least for me, telling myself no is one of the things I always have to practice at and will probably never fully master.

I think they should offer spicy food. Certain cultures used that to kill bacteria. I don't know if anything can live on roller dogs.

Free food is good food, most of the time.
