Where did you get this fine rate on 6500 over? Surely not NB I65 at TN/AL, as I understand their rate chart starts way higher.

I-81 in Va. s, of Winchester. Rate is .12cpLb. Actual was 6580. They cut me a break on 80 Lbs. Very Proffesional. Never had a problem with Va. They’ve let me Slide 1000 lbs once. This was just too much. Already slid about to the max 41’ kingpin to center of tandems. My fault. Just can’t believe I’m showing 50lbs on Drive air guage, and only have 27040 lbs on Drive axle. I’ve added 176 gallons since. So I’m just under 28500lbs. now. Still at 50 lbs on drives air guage. I used to have one on my last Trailer, along with air slide. Like everything, good when it works. More problems when it dont.

Looking at my gross weight. I see the problem now. Bills say 38,800. Loads at least 44000. I’d say a negotiation is in order with the Shipper. To think I paid the Guy $40 to wait a half hour. I talked to him. Didn’t get rude, just talked about proper Loading. He has 8 dbl. pallets of empty buckets in the nose, 1 plt of ?? And 13 2850 pallets doubled back to 48-49’ mark. Had it been 38800 lbs. I’d be very close. Still have 3 holes to slide, fir 41’ max. I think it would have been right about on the money.

Didn't that load originate in Ga? I'm surprised you made it all the way to Winchester before getting pulled. That scale house is almost never closed. Have seen it open on Christmas. What sucks is that it is really the last one you have to worry about heading north on 81.

I don’t doubt it. I’m getting the load reworked now. Called the Broker. Explained the BOL way of 38800# is wrong. It’s actually 44,300-44.600. From what I figure. Just topped the Tanks too. That means I’ll be 400# over gross now. Uhhhh!! Oh well at least I solved the mystery. I’m going to Re weigh, and email everything to them. They claim I will be compensated. Well see what that means. Closest cat scale was far, and place was closed anyways. Still I didn’t scale it. But I hardly ever do. Unless a Loads uneven, or just feels funny. Under 43k no need

Took a shower at the Pilot in Beaverdam Ohio today. Woman cleaning the showers was working her ### off. Shower was spotless. I left a 5 dollar tip. Usually I don't leave a tip for showers but it was so refreshing to see competent help I felt I needed to show my appreciation. Sure is rare anymore.
