I think he means Petro North Baltimore OHIO, not the "TA Baltimore NORTH", Baltimore, MARYLAND, which is the old Port Truck Plaza off the O'Donnell Street exit.
A notorious ####hole at least since the 90s and probably before.
However, I scaled there a few times a week at my second trucking job, and never feared for my safety, even though I never had "my Kabar point down in my boot" as a defense against the "predators".

There are several things to address--Taxes and wages being high up there. funny thing is they have stagnated wages here and they have been increasing in the established south American markets so the the US wages are on par with S.A. level.
