The torque bar on the front axle had to be replaced as the bushing was gone and was metal to metal ( violation).

This is how good this dude is-

He took a small uni-bit and carved out the end of the old bar where it was up against the bolt before he did anything else, so he could get the socket on the bolt.

He knows his stuff.

 

I asked The OM if we could get Waffle Haus. And she has authorized it.

I asked if we could get it delivered, and she's like " No."

So I suppose I shall venture over to WH.

 

Oak Grove 70. They were Landstar's shop of the year.
They have 7 Landstar level inspectors here. That means there's someone here 24/7. Although there is always a line. Most good shops there is a line.

This same dude did my last LANDSTAR inspection. 0 violations.

That time, the trailer I had was AFU. I watched him repair the brakes and hub. I knew then this was the man.

 

He started on mixers when Cemex was United Metro. That's over 20 years. He knows the plant I worked at. He's from Yuma. So he's a homie.
