I really enjoy ruining people’s fun.

They gave me a door that the only way to get in was blindside. I did it on the first try... No pull ups. Not a 100% sure how I did it so well but nevertheless. BOOM.

I get out and the guy looks out and tells me to move to a different door. I just smiled and said “any door you want.”

Awwww little dock worker thought he’d get a show. Too bad ####er...eat my hot blindside Park you weasel. :D :D :D

PS- I’d give myself 1/20 odds to do that again. Regardless. Felt good...

Don’t like the ocean anymore — I will settle for a 80x100 shop with a 1500sf apt attached 20 miles away from any population center though

Good concept Tucker as long as a persons concept of "the perfect house" falls within the bank's perception of "an acceptable house".

Buddy of mine tried to build his version of a nice house. The county would not accept a 1500 foot open studio. The bank refused to finance less than 2 bedrooms and 1800 ft on his property.

County here has told my neighbor they did not like his idea of an 800 ft 2 bedroom cause it was too small to resell. So he went back with a 600 foot 2 bed 1 bath. Now they think the 800 may be o.k. He may just get it built as a modular so the county can develop some coping skills cause he does not want a Mc-Mansion for 2 people.

Me and the wife are wondering what the county will think when we drop plans on them for an 1400 ft 1 br 2 bath. Followed by a 1 br "in-law" accessory house.

    Who knows?
My county the house has to be at least 750 square feet.
I’m at 1050 and that is perfect for a 2 bedroom home with a basement. Or is it a 2,100 square foot house?
And I’m dealing with a locally owned small bank, they love this house and it’s location. Plus the loan is for way less than what my place is worth.
