Eastern part of WA and ID got it decent tonight. I had to throw a set on to get around the back roads I was on up here. The passes coming into ID from MT are going to be getting hard soon.

So the truck I've been driving is about due to be traded in. I been bugging the boss about a new truck for me for 3 weeks. This week he says "Make 1 more run with the old one and I'll put you in a newer one"... So I go to get loaded, 50 miles from the yard on my way to my final pickup, the engine shutters out of nowhere and looses oil pressure. So I coast to the shoulder, throw out my triangles, and call the shop who then sends a tow truck. I call the boss and he says "Your new truck is on the yard the mechanic will have the key for you"... I didnt say it but I thought "was one more run worth it?"

So then I spent 2 hours helping the tow truck driver hookup my truck in the dark in temperatures hovering about 20 before windchill. Then another 2 hours moving all my crap to my new truck.

What was supposed to be an easy day of loading my trailer turned into frozen fingers and toes... And a very long day.

At least you had 10 hours to rest up before you drove again.

That one in the window looks to be saying... "It's a great day from inside here".
