    I'm thinking N00b of North Dakota has a nice ring to it. There's like 20,000 people in that state and I figure a house and some land should be about what, $600, $700?

    Tennessee, anywhere East of Jackson. 1-65 south of Nashville a ways, or I-75 anywhere around Chattanooga, pick any side of the area, rarely snows. Or around Cookeville, Knoxville, Dandridge, or up 81 around Bull Gap, if you want a little snow, and colder weather. Cheap Land up there. Green county is the poorest, and one of the friendliest Counties. They even have welcoming groups of transplants. Yankees welcome. Lots of family ties between Tennessee and Michigan.
