I think I would sell a testical to get one of these...

    PRATT & WHITNEY MODEL C 12" 54" BED LATHE

I have spent many, MANY, hours operating a Model C Pratt & Whitney.... It was originally made for the Navy, the gentleman that owns it got it at a military surplus auction. It is an amazing machine and is probably the most accurate lathe I've ever operated. I could very very consistently produce batch runs of parts with .0003" or less variance from one part to any other part. I still have access to it if I really need to do something small, I've even offered to buy it... But the old man (a good friend and mentor) who taught me much of what I know about machining died several years ago, and his son (also a good friend) will not sell it. Cant say I blame him.

How much of a stickler are they with the chain restrictions over Lookout? Do they throw it up just cause they can, or do they only put up the restriction when you REALLY need them?

LOL...absolutely nothing if you don't recall the prior posts. Many, many pages back she made the statement that the thread was composed of mostly males. I jokingly responded, how do you know?

I'll leave it at that, but I do crack myself up from time to time.

Used to be because you needed them not to just write tickets, but it's been abit for me running there in weather.

    It could be MUCH worse...........

It could be a scratch-off ticket dispenser.

I think I’m mistaken. The Liver is what’s damaged from Tylenol. There was a battle to get it Originally approved. Rushed through by the FDA for approval by Lobbyists. It’s history and can be looked up if desired. No further comments on the subject from Me. I’m usually wrong about half the time anyways.
