    I am woke. 9 hours of sleep. Tramadol must have been reformulated slightly. It used to bring concentration and alertness. Now it is a muscle relaxant and sleep agent.

    In the past I took two in the morning and swas good for the day. Now I take it and I am groggy for 18 hours. So now I take it 6pm at night. Tho I will when in town see about getting something that will make me want to stay awake.
