What if it Snows?

Haven’t seen a snake since I moved here. Knock on wood. Lots of spiders though. As long as they stay outside they don’t bother me. Grasshoppers are another issue. They die on sight.

 

Spiders take a long time to eradicate. Lots of Boric acid. Stuff from Dollar store mixed with water and sprayed around everywhere. No more bugs of any kind. Safe to use.

 

I used an estimated Profit and Loss statement to get my Mortgage. It was right about this time of year. Before filing. Actual numbers fell short, when I actually filed. I had to do a little work, before the house would pass inspection. Somehow I happened to have the keys. Jumped through a lot of hoops. Sometimes I wonder if it was worth it. Prices are high now, a conventional loan usually doesn’t care about condition, as long as it appraises. I forget the rules, but an amended return can always be done. Maybe up to 3-5 yrs? Depending on how much deductions we’re talking about. I did the same, trying to push up income. I didn’t have to, as it turned out. Never did amend my return. In my case, it didn’t make much difference anyways. I never owe much, Under $1000 to State. Very little, if not a refund from Feds.

Yeah I was gonna tell the OM to quit cribbing from MLK. but the instinct for self preservation kicked in , just in time.
