I will vouch for this, and then some.

They tend to stay in the southwestern part of the province mostly. I don't think they like -40 and 20' of snow.

Might add, highly doubtful most of them would know how to chain up, and a logging road would make them lose control of their bladder.

I would agree. Especially with the inept way they drive the mountain passes down this way.

In the north we call them road blocks. If they do try and head this way in winter, they are usually stuck, and we have to try and get around them. Those raised up here, and choose to drive, can chain up, but they keep far away from the logging roads. Have yet to see one hauling logs, or heavy equipment.

I am seeing some middle easterners hauling lumber down and Hazmat bladders back north on B-Train flats.

As far as logging drivers down this way/near me, the culture is reflective of the neocon population base found around the area.

Well you are welcome to join in on the bashing the Yuba City crowd if you would like.

For @Pamela1990 Yuba City down by Sacramento Cali has a significant number of Middle Eastern owned small companies. Bottom feeding off of family/recent immigrants for drivers. Kinda like a variation of Chicago 1099 companies (1099 is a federal tax form used to report income for contractors).
