A pic of the plan that runs the field out into your neighbors property. Does AZ sand "Leach" like this southern sod?

My bod lied. Laid there, tossed and turned. No sleep. Or at least not yet.

    Unknown to me.

One of the reasons getting a new build.

Something I learned long ago was to let whomever specializes in a trade handle it.

And so many things and techniques have changed over the last 20 years.

    Terracotta is ancient history.

I'm kind of that way all the way around. I like new things. Modern things.

I look at stuff that was built even 20 years ago, and it looks a 1000 years old to me.

Can't explain it really. But it is what it is, and I am what I am.

Received a Christmas card in the mail, addressed to my baby sister and I, from the B&B we spent a week at this summer. They are such a sweet couple, and treated us like family. We didn't drive down in a car, we rode our street bikes. When they realized that we were on bikes, he insisted on moving a few things around, to make room for us to park in their garage. Breakfast each day was spectacular, our room was spotless, and they took us out fishing on their boat, which was not supposed to be included.

You need the souned of a can of food being opened. Best cat alarm noise available. Also better for calling them to come to you when not on the road
