    Not the best pay means he doesn’t want the best drivers. I don’t want a steering wheel holding job for 2nd rate pay of course my pride will diminish as my finances decline but for now I have F you money.

    I thought about working 4 14 hr days for him. At $20 hr. It would pay $1428. I could live with that. Last Local job I had was working for him at Central. Back then as a casual , Union rate was just under $15 hr. $1034 a week. I worked 4 days for a while. 60 hrs paid 72 hrs $1064 a week. It was good money in 1995. I hear the LTLs are paying $28-$32 an hour. I’m not physically up to hustling freight anymore.

    Laugh of the morning vague job posting said text for details so I asked 1099 or W2 the reply was 1099 my reply was thanks but 1099 was a deal breaker. He responded immediately with W2 was no problem so I chuckled to myself thinking this guy already proved he will say anything to get you in the door.
