What if it Snows?

For some reason it has been snowing and at or below freezing temperatures for most of the western states the last several days. I am begining to think that Dave is really behind this. Sure he points at others, try’s to get you to believe they are responsible. An investigation is needed, it’s time to get to the bottom of this.

Wyoming was so bad today that at one point all that was left along the shoulder was 3 triangles. Whole truck just vanished.

 

The whole #### state of Nebraska was a battle with the wind today. Left Sidney, NE this morning at 0400 MST and fought the wind clear until I got off 80 to go to NE HYW 2... Once I was headed south on I 29 it was much better, nice tail wind... Lol

 

I am so glad to be out of the Dakota's and back to the south. Nice t shirt weather

Funny story. We have a load of bulk oxygen due to deliver to the farm in the next few days, so I call dispatch today to inquire as to when they think they'd like to send the truck. Dispatch being in Austin, TX, or something. They seemed very surprised that I asked. Couldn't even relate to the county needing 24 hr notice to plow the road out.........

Mind you, I've asked at least 10 times for dispatch to give me a call 24 hrs before dispatching the truck so we can plow out if necessary. There is no way in the Praxair dispatch system for the customer to relay information ahead of time to the drivers. And THAT'S what's wrong with trucking today......

It is rainy and wet. Oh! And warm. Warmest I’ve experienced in months.
BTW 12 just passed and it’s vewy vewy quiet.
