And I am more north of them.
The more north you go, long daylight hours in summer, and shorter in winter.
Honestly I like driving most in winter, before sunrise, and after sunset. Just light up the roads with my driving lights.

I broke my truck. Then today, I broke the truck I got to replace the broke truck. Hoping the truck I got to replace the broke backup truck doesn't break, its idling all night because its gonna be frickin cooooold here tonight and tomorrow night. 10° zone.

Right now, we've got light from about 7:45 a.m. until about 5:15 pm. Seems like I always get to my last drop in the dark, no matter what.

Now, where did I put that can of Working Hands.....

My wife’s getting shot # 2 in her knee tomorrow. Commonly called gel. Series of 3 in 3 weeks. Hoping it helps. It’s different from the last time about 7-8 yrs ago. That stuff worked wonders. Only took 3 of 5 series available. It was some type of synthetic cartilage. Said it went in like a bullet. Current insurance only covers the gel type. Might have to get the other type again, @ $500 per shot. Be well worth it if it works.

Sunshine and snow sucks, dark sunglasses are mandatory.
But I run a lot of roads where there isn't really much traffic. Get down some snow, and snow banks, then just turn on 5 crazy bright driving lights, and it is about the most perfect conditions as far as light goes, that you can dream of. You can see a full km if the road was straight enough, which it isn't, but you could. Easy to spot moose and deer to. The lack of oncoming headlights is a huge factor as well.

17 degrees this morning the awesomeness of the region is waning. The absence of insects snakes and lizards is something to be thankful for.

So I had to make a trip to the doctor for an evaluation and scheduling of a minor procedure. At the end of the appointment, my doc was conferring with her assistant regarding the actual scheduling of the "surgery" and the assistant remarked at how packed her schedule had become. My doc responded, "I must be good."

It's comforting to know that my doctor has a high degree of self confidence, lol.

    That's the Alka-Seltzer tagline.
