It was the best kept secret. I stumbled onto it doing my route. I switched it around so I’d go from Keego Harbor to Milford. The Boss never understand why. Much faster to do all my Orchard Lake stops. Then shoot across Commerce. I had a great route. All the finer establishments. A Matter of Taste was just a tiny place on Willow rd, back then. I brought them one of their first deliveries. I could have bought a small cottage type house near the Lake for $55k. Water was contaminated from old gas station on Haggerty Commerce. Within a year they had city water and prices skyrocketed.
