Remembrance.. I had cold, sniffles or something. My Doc ( In Grenada, MS-Upcoming new 1 year-Surgeon) comes in dragging his big ball ankle/foot cast. I laughed. He said: What's funny. I said: The way I heard you broke it. He said: What did you hear? I said: You were drunk and fell off you bed. He said: That is exactly right. He proceeds to probe, peek and question my head and nose.
I ask, Doc, why do you drink. Fine doc, good practice, well liked????
He said: "Roger, if you cut on as many people as I do; before breakfast, you would drink too."

 

My old running buddy (Shorty) 6' 4" (Hollow legs) Robert Thornton Moore would describe that as:
A little light running snack till we get lunch...
