    Just lazy. And need to get going. Would have left awhile ago, but needed to give The OM her shot. Going try and get my new ( free ) steers I won if Love's wait time isn't already up to 6 or 8 hours.

    Ever check with North Ranch? They’ll definitely keep you busy. AD is another that I’d consider. Midwest and One Load. The problem with all of them is they require Commitment. You need a place that will let you work only when you want to, so you can avoid job hopping. It’s a PITA and expensive.

    . Did you mean North star ranch? them and AD are just a little short on the money. I know I’m looking for a unicorn. My priorities are money,time off,autonomy and benefits.

    . Maybe in the old days but now if they have the resources to meet my pay requirements they most likely have restrictive harassment policies. New crapcadia life has some friendly girls up front.
