I bought a beat up double wide yesterday in Northern Indiana, which is on an acre of land, has septic and a well. It was a long day. I started making coffee at 520 am in STL and got back to STL at 140 am. I really need to get the cruise control fixed on the Kia. My solution, drive behind a truck thats going close to 70. Otherwise I look down and I'm doing 78mph or 80 in a 70.

I grab a pre loaded today and have 3 drops on Monday, final near Detroit. I didn't work this week, one of the easiest weeks to make money out of the whole year, made me mad. But housing is partially resolved.

You know Japanese torpedoes, long lances, had pure oxygen on board the fish. So you drop a bomb on it you get the high explosive of the torp and it's pure oxygen cylinder both being released violently.

Comon memes you give up your guns, you lose your freedom. The Ausies, gave up their guns 20 years ago? Bring em some of these. A light 20+ pounds.

Well greeted out of the gate with my new truck purchase a 4 thousand dollar repair bill. Yikes!!!! Took it in to Freightliner for an alignment and they found leaking differential input seals from and back and tie rod assembly problems. Part of this was probably from when I ran off a scale with 40000 lbs and the entire truck and trailer was resting on my front axle. That probably explains the tie rod assembly deal. The leaking seals are probably from age. At least the engine is sound. And so it begins. I haven't even made my first run with a paid off truck yet. I only rest knowing that each weeks pay is all mine. Now I'm really considering the switch to Landstar. I absolutely have to maximize profit while I've got a truck to drive payment free. I kind of feel like I'm on a countdown timer.

That sucks to hear. Although it may just be a friendly test from the universe just testing your will and how bad you want to be a owner op. This is where maintenance reserves come in handy. I would reccomened putting away 15% into a maintenance account every week and you can put a cap on it like 15k-20k whatever u want. and never touch it until u need a repair then you will never have to worry about having money for repairs. 15% adds up fairly quick.
