As long as the power lines don't get knocked down again I'm fine with it.

I finally got the preload staged, got my load for Albany, NY, and got up the road and found a spot at an ITR service plaza.

I mean, God must have saved it for me. The trucks were stacked up like cordwood, and I came tooling in the entrance and glided right into a big, open, legal space, with 28 minutes left on my clock. I give thanks and praise!

The Ladson Grill "restaurants" are disappearing from the ITR service plazas that have them. They are being replaced by an outfit called, "Raise the Roost", with a menu emphasizing fried chicken.

I can't write a review yet, as I haven't seen one open yet. Personally, I think it's just a rebranding of Ladson......"New name, new menu, same ####ty, indifferent service"....

The truck was nice enough to start a regen, so I could eat my breakfast sammiches parked. Civilized, like.

It tained like several hundred mofos last night, tain lashing the cab. I LOVE hearing that sound, while I'm under the blankets in a warm sleeper!

    Today is overcast and WIIIIIIIIN-DY!

My neighbors have a two year old and they're outside right now. The kid is running around and getting knocked over by the wind then getting back up and laughing, she's having a great time. Her parents, not so much.

Ole Billy was down home jawjah. Would have made a better president than Jimmy, in my estimation.
