Mine in Lex missed it. Niece in Park City said Bowling Green was pretty bad.

Well now that we has the load, and our first stop is at 2300 tomorrow night INSIDE THE COMMUNIST STATE, we shall be hitting the rack pretty early, and getting up at 0300.

Two semi awesome CRASHES today on the 101. One on each side, both times same direction I was travelling ( The OM stayed home ), and both were less than 1/4 mile apart in a construction zone, both involved about 8 cars, fire rescue, DPS, blah.

The theme here is................construction zones are bad.

I80 East closed for at least 20 hours, the signs in Utah say so yet I am seeing lots of trucks looking for non-existent parking.

It is December and it has been a light winter so far but it is past time to brush up on trip planning skills again.

News that is. The store/gas station or what ever you then described it as; in the fork of US80 and what is now I10, at Casa Grande had a sign on the door that was plain spoke racist. Ask of someone there in 1958.

Since the thread did originally start off as a rant about frozen precipitation, we also regard mentioning of the “S” word as a “violation.” :biggrin_25523:
