Theoretically he died in '77... between Junior high and high school for me.

 

No. It was calm just slick road. I pulled off yesterday with 4 hours driving left as soon as truck just passed me and jackknifed.

 

Just put Tik tok on my fone. Interesting.

 

Mama was born in 1969, but never saw him.
Mom was 10 years younger than dad, when she got married she was just a teenager, and already pregnant with my older sister. Not sure how she did it, but mom held herself together, raised 3 kids, cooked, cleaned, and helped dad with the trucking company. As soon as we were old enough to help, we did. I have nothing but respect for my mama, she was great.
Mom passed away from cancer 2 days after her birthday.

 

I REALLY HATE to agree with you on this.

 

My parents were married in New Orleans in 1959. Dad got transferred there from Fairbanks AK. He was 19, she was 16.

 

I knooooow!

And I would die smiling, thanking her with every breath until I expired.......
