Hey guys I’m a new driver my company gave me a garbage truck. It feels like I’m gonna loose control going down hill. He said the alignment is good. I know it’s not. He won’t. Fix it and insist I keep driving. Please help

After 7 years the winter front for my F150 is trash.
Was going to put it on today, instead tossed it out, and ordered a new one.LoSt_AgAiN, austinmike, homeskillet and 5 others Thank this. -

Cardboard top off a case of 30W, two 3 inch holes in the lower side when mounted cross ways. Will run 185 constant.
For 195, make holes 2 inches. Your manufacture and mounting might cause a variance.LoSt_AgAiN, Rideandrepair, austinmike and 5 others Thank this. -
In your pre trip write up a list of problems for one so you have a record.
Is the trucks inspection due soon?
If so mention all of the problem to them also.
Don't just tell your boss, since he doesn't give a ####.
Write up a list of the problems and your concerns, and date it.
Make photo copies of the letter, keep 1, and the give the others to everyone where you work except for the other drivers.
But do give to the office staff, shop staff if any, management, owners, etc.LoSt_AgAiN, Rideandrepair, austinmike and 5 others Thank this. -
Well, even from a young age, he's much better at math than I'll EVER be!
But he seems to have inherited my sense of humor, and shares my disdain for shaving.dwells40, LoSt_AgAiN, Cowboyrich and 5 others Thank this. -
I did that on my previous vehicle, but when I bought my once upon a time new 2014 I got a winter front for it. So just ordered a new one again, only $90, so not expensive.Last edited: Dec 16, 2021

I have been recording in pre trip. I’ve texted him and dispatchers my issues. But if he’s refusing to fix I feel like I know better. the other drivers are not pre tripping properly. They use straps with tears. I used two different vehicles because I refused then I had a bunch of defeciencies on them that are not recorded in log. One was a big leak in air brake system.LoSt_AgAiN, homeskillet, Rideandrepair and 2 others Thank this.
