I switched all of my cars to Progressive because Assurance America wanted like $4k for six months on the 'vette when I bought it. Progressive did all four cars and my bike for about $850.

I was wondering if the Onstar was going to tattle on me to Progressive but it renewed at the same price. Onstar kept pushing me to enable the "Chevrolet Smart Driver" for an insurance discount. I told the guy that I sure as heck didn't buy a Corvette to drive like a grandma and that I wasn't interested in sharing my hard acceleration and braking experiences with my insurance company.

Mom had a 78 Riviera that was like that and fast and I had just got my license and girls loved it and it was about the time I figured out that girls weren’t like us and I got to drive it ONCE

120 mph was my best on my bike.
Was late at night on a clear stretch and I hit 120 and I said to myself, "dude, what are you going to do when the front tire blows?"
And then I answered myself, "die."
    So I rolled it back.
Funny thing is, it was a lot scarier coming down than going up.

In the er, they call bikers organ donors. Just how it is.

I have personally known three people who died riding. Awesome hobby, but...so much idiocy to account for out there. One slip avoiding someone else's error, and you're done.
