You have to use 3 cheeses.

Never that crap in a box.

If you do come visit, I really will make you my homemade Mac and cheese to go with a steak, washed down with a Face plant beer from Nelson brewing.

    Do you Top Golf?

There's a Top Golf across from the stadium in Glendale.

Without getting shnockered while you're there, make a dinner reservation for that day at the City Cafe over in The Biltmore on Camelback. No flip flops.

After dinner go over to Casino Arizona at Talking Stick. There's a Top Golf there too.

Tell them all The OM sent you.

We are woke. Time to get my Tabby rolling.

Left the bunk heater on this time, and have avoided nearly freezing to death.

Someone still has to go and get coffee.

Until you said there was another high-end steakhouse on the other end of town, you had me thinking you live in my town. The description of the first place fits our local steak joint to a T. Except, they do take credit cards. Expensive though... about $50 a plate.

Went to a place called Del Frisco's in Ft Worth that is like that. Ribeyes were around $99. I asked about the lobster since they didn't list a price on the menu. Told it depended on the market and that night was $119. I wasn't paying so the prices didn't bother me but I would have left after seeing those prices if it was my wallet being hit.

Went to a very good Italian restaurant. 4 scallops were $36.
