    I'm thinking flooring, mildew removal, some walls are going - is better. Plus the general move from STL to northern Indiana. I bought a china bunk heater, I want to use waste engine oil to help heat the house. $165.

    I'm just glad there are 4+ per mile after Christmas. I get worried that January will be soft. It's still might be.
