Asparagus is good prepared so many different ways as long it’s the center of attention. A hint of bacon crumbles is also good.

I like to soak it for a while. Seems to make it more tender.

One of my favorites is prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Very easy to make.

Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt. When it comes back to a boil, turn off heat. Put asparagus in water, let stand. You want the asparagus tender but crisp. Take 3 or 4 spears and wrap a slice of prosciutto around them, just below the bud tips. Heat a sauté pan, put a tablespoon or two of olive oil, put in the asparagus packets and lightly brown on all sides. When cooked, put a drizzle of balsamic on it, a light squeeze of lemon and some shredded parmigiana. Eat.

 

My truck is having a most odd issue.

When it's working hard enough to activate the cooling fan, it blows out all the steering fluid...


I have Named the truck " The Welfare Recipient"..

It falls over every time I ask it to work.
