We are dog sitting 2 dogs for friends who are away, plus our own dogs, so 1 more would have been fine.

Nurse Ratched has accused me of hating her! She was laughing as she departed a few minutes ago to go spend Christmas with her Son up in Maryland. SOOOOOOO the coast is clear! What do I eat tonight?

 

2 bone in country ham slices, 3 eggs over medium, grits, hash-browns, tomato slices, biscuits(several) crock cheese, marmalade, maybe a couple of biscuit pork chops.
That should be a good start to breakfast, will work on a mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Maybe a evening snack.
