Looking good.. Could use potatoes, onions, and some of those stringy little pepper strips. Daughter layers her roast with dry pack ranch dressing, dry pack Au Jus, and some pepper stringies. See recipe below if comes thru, Mississippi Roast.

I may be off on the name of what I had, but it blew me up like a whale and no venting nor solid disposal, just bigger and larger, Hospital both times for 2 days each. Just diagnosed as food poisoning. 1st in MS from drinking a coke and eating a bowl of stew in Starkville at 2 AM.. Made 135 miles to Grenville to hospital.
2 yrs later left IH in Ft Wayne with a 3 way hookup, ate some roast pork off a steam table leaving Ohio and made it to Franklin, TN. They give you a shot
to relax and time and jello afterward. Not a pleasant experience, and if you ever have it, you will recognize it at once the next time.
