    Definite $450 blunder on last year's expenses.

    Now we are already in the hole. Well maybe not, trip from last year pays this week.

    But when we do our first DH from the yard to the house, the rate per mile is going to look like ............DOOM.

    Have read here on WIIS today about things from Turnips and Okra to different approaches to toilet plumbing. And Mrs Kemo sometimes thinks I'm wasting my time on the internet. A lot can be learned.

    I'm only at 400 foot elevation at the property. Only been seeing tain the past few days.

    Still got a couple of inches of snow in the wild lands of the property, a little crunchie ice in the areas were I walked it down a bit.

    Drainage ditches are flowing well and no where near capacity. Not worried about runoff/snow melt flooding, I am up hill from the big mountain drainage rivers
