If the garage is not heated could be part of the problem.

Guidance from one of the sources was toward the utility/furnace room or laundry room to suck up the waste heat that is normal for those rooms. Garage was not recommended cause they are typically not warm enough in the winter for them to run efficient.

For long term, read resale value, it is a good idea to install a dishwasher and a disposal. If you have no plans to really use the dishwasher, find one that is standard size, and not expensive. You will probably have to run it once a month to keep the traps flushed.

In 2011 for health card renewal doc said "You have irregular heart beat". I ask, "What is that"? He reply's," It stops, then starts up again". Simple me ask why I did not die, power goes off, lights go out. He says that why we call it irregular, it starts right back. After cardiologist and EKG-Good, Echo Cardiogram-Good, Stress Test-Good, they did a cauterization. Needs 3 bypasses. Went in for 3, got 4 in same opening. All fine since. Heart problems are hard to isolate or pin down to the actual. FYI, I never had ANY prior symptoms or indications.

Disposal will definitely be put in.

Resale value is not a priority for us, other than what we stick the stepson with after we croak. Figure they are going to haul me off the property in a psycho jacket or coroners wagon.
