Many thanks to all who offered insight to their own recent sicknesses, whatever described as.
I think it may give all of us a little reassurance as to the actual effects and lasting of this.
News media headlines are not as good a source as those who have been there, had that,
recovered and living to tell about it.

That's a very clean logging truck. Even the logs are clean. How do they do that?

I will add this... My Dad currently is hospitalized with a serious case of covid.

If you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms and notice signs of low O2 saturation (shortness of breath, severe fatigue, severe weakness, light headed) it may be in your beat interest to seek medical assistance.

Dad noticed he was short of breath and weak. So mom checked his O2 saturation (she has her own Pulse Oxygen meter, the thing Dr. clip on you finger when ever you have a Dr. visit) and it was 70. Anything below 90 is not good, anything below 80 is really bad.

So mom took dad into the ER. He had Covid Pnuemonia. After 1 week he was released, but once home he struggled to keep his O2 saturation up. So 3 or 4 days after being released he went back to the hospital. During the time he was home he had started developing blood clots in his lungs. The Covid had done a pretty bad number on his lungs.

He is currently on high flow oxygen and improving, butbit could be weeks before his lungs have healed enough for him to come home. And he may never be 100% of what he was before covid.

So dont ignore it if you suspect low O2 saturation.

That can also be eaten cold, right from the can, which is the way The OM recommend all trainees eat it when they are with their trainers.
