Try it smoked some time. We catch one occasionally in Humboldt Bay but they're hard to find.
Cut it into steaks and make sure the meat is clean and there's no skin. We smoke it slow over a mix of madrone, almond, and just a little pepperwood. Throw some cherry on the fire if you have some but too much sweet wood over powers the other woods and ruins the taste. Some people call the pepperwood Western Bay but it's a little different. The pepperwood trees grown on a north facing slope just above a creek will make the best smoking wood. The water content will be higher the more time the wood grows in the shade. Be sure to smoke it slow.

Good priorities there. Make money, then keep it by being conservative.

Install one quick detach link; just to come up for air, in case then go back in the deep.
True. When we went into the independent forklift repair business, the longtime owner of the NAPA store here told me:
"I'd rather be the owner of a popcorn stand for myself then working for someone else".. It does have its responsibilities tho...

I got almost brand new 15’ lines from the Trash Bin at TA. Some Driver broke the end off. I put a .10 ferule on it. Lol. Got my pigtail the same way, just redid the end. Old ones sheathing was dry rotted. People are dumb. $125 worth of perfectly good parts, in the trash.
