    I'm supposed to get 3 inches of snow followed by ice and then some good ole fashioned rain with 50 mph winds in VA. Hard to cook on the smoker like dat! Is that your hot Phoenix weather girl at the bottom?

    Opinions on a scenario;

    Pulling to a truck stop, heading for parking, no fuel purchase. Reason to stop, shower, coffee and maybe something else.

    As you approach the parking are, you see a truck that is pulling up, then backing. This action happens 2 or 3 times. The area it is happening is NOT a parking Space, it is along the curb. This action is blocking other trucks from moving. The last backing action, a truck that had enough waiting pulls out of a parking space. This creates a sweet pull-thru spot. The back and forth truck takes off around the row of parked trucks. This opens the way for a waiting truck to take advantage of the pull-thru parking spot, and does so. The back and forth truck rounds the row and sees that it will not be able to get that parking spot now.

    Does the driver that took advantage of the open parking space, and thwarted the back and forth truck getting the spot, make them a bad person?

    If the "person" playing on the curb was not in a position to be first in line for the spot, it was not meant to be their spot.

    I'm a bit predatory on parking.

    When it comes to truck stops I follow one simple rule, and that is do whatever it takes too keep from getting my truck tore up.
