Thats Jennifer McCarthy. MTV plus other things. She's a south side Chicago girl. Melisa McCarthy is her cousin. They have some Chicago cops in the family, I would assume Fide department too, that's an easier gig in the city. I'm guessing mid 40s in this pic.
