Got one edge trimmed straight, one layer of a belt cut... This belt is for a very hard working young man, so it will be double thick. So that means I have one more layer to cut.

Glad it isn't me getting hit with weather this time. I'm almost defrosted from the last one

Then I finally got them hooked and my tighteners were on the backside. So I had to do it again.
Then I defrosted my hands and changed gloves. Then I finally got it right and the sign turned off.
The driver behind me finished at about the same time. He was pissed. I could hear him say, "ARE YOU ####ING KIDDING ME!?"

Second layer is cut, both layers trimmed for length, bend and center hole are marked. Now the difficult part... layout for carving and tooling.
