I think if I was a trainee, and got on a truck that didn't have a variety of seasonings like this.
I'd ask for a trainer that at least had some OTR experience.

@otterinthewater .. if my gal was that skinny (well, maybe she was in her teens) I would bulk her up and get her pitching tarps, patching dunnage, throwing chains, ratcheting straps, etc....
No sliding tandems in those decks, ya know. Too bad.

I keep it simple. Tabasco and salt and pepper.
Tabasco will help anything.

When I was OTR and didn't get home often, I had a SHOEBOX full of DELIGHTFUL seasonings..... some fresh from the wife's garden, basil, etc... and fresh dried garlic that she buys from the amish and hangs, dries, and packages.
